I would like to allow my clients to open support tickets resolved

It would be nice if my clients could open tickets for support, where I could see and reply to their messages.

Hi Fearghal,

We are planning to bring in client accounts and introduce support for adding comments for invoice and estimates.

I guess when that feature is introduced, your requirement could be satisfied.
